TO DARE IS TUDOR
Tottenham Hotspur parted ways with Igor Tudor on Sunday, bringing an abrupt end to one of the shortest managerial spells in Premier League history.
Appointed in mid-February to stabilise the club after the dismissal of Thomas Frank, Tudor lasted just 44 days and oversaw only seven matches.
Results proved decisive in his downfall. Spurs collected just one point from five league games, leaving them hovering just above the relegation zone and in danger of a first drop since 1977. A heavy 3–0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest proved to be the final straw.
The club described the decision as mutual, while also expressing support following the recent death of Tudor’s father. His departure reflects a season of turmoil, with poor form, injuries, and low morale compounding the crisis.
With only a handful of fixtures remaining, Tottenham now face a desperate search for a new manager to steer them clear of relegation.
Remember the new manager bounce could work irrespective of the new man at the helm so make sure you get those early bets in for Spurs next game out at Sunderland.
