  2. All Supanumbers bets are based on the numbers that are drawn from the respective lottos. Bonus Ball(s) will be included if the option is selected at the time that the bet is placed.
  3. The dates and times on our Website are in South African time.
  4. All Supanumbers bets for a specific draw must be placed and confirmed before the first number is drawn. If, for any reason, a bet is placed after the first number is drawn, the bet will be void and the stakes returned, win or lose.
  5. Should a Supanumbers introduce an additional draw to take place immediately following another draw, bets timed and dated for that day will stand on the first draw(s) to take place.
  6. All bets are valid for the draw that is recorded on the bet confirmation.The bet confirmation can be viewed immediately after placing your lotto bet or alternatively via History in Members. If the bonus ball(s) have been selected this will be indicated on the confirmation.
  7. If a Supanumbers draw time is re-scheduled to another time within 12 hours of the advertised time of the draw all bets on that draw will stand unless the bets placed are late.
  8. If a Supanumbers draw time is re-scheduled by more than 12 hours of the advertised time of the draw all bets on that draw will be deemed void and stakes returned.
  9. If, for any reason, Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS are unable to obtain all the details necessary to settle any market for a specific draw within 24 hours, then all bets on that market will be void.
  10. If a Supanumbers bet is related it will be treated the exact same as sport. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. Where various betting opportunities are offered for the same tournament (e.g. pick the finalists, teams to or not to proceed to further stages of the tournament, a team to win group) These cannot be combined in multiple bets where the outcome is related. When a multiple bet of this type has been accepted in error, it will be settled by equally dividing the stake unit where the related outcomes clash.
