  1. The terms and conditions hereof create the legal background for the relationship between the parties (ie Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS and you as the customer) and shall be applied in respect of all the products, services and betting facilities that Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS offers.
  2. The minimum stake per online transaction ZAR 1.00 and all transactions may only be made in South African Rand.
  3. Any person 18 years or older can operate a Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS betting account. Proof of identity, age and residency will be required prior to opening of any account. In order to ensure that Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS is in a financial position to make payment of its betting obligations, Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS has lodged financial guarantees with the Mpumalanga Gambling Board and /or the Gambling Boards in other jurisdictions.
  4. Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS is licensed in South Africa, and as such will only accept bets from within South Africa
  5. Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS strictly prohibits the use of its services from anywhere where gambling is illegal
  6. While every effort will be made to accommodate you, Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS, reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
  7. No bet may be cancelled, changed, or modified by you, in any way, once it has been received and accepted by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS unless communicated in writing to : [email protected] Ticket numbers can be cancelled, provided the first game has not yet begun.   8. All winnings shall be credited to your account only.
  9. Please note that we do not grant withdrawal requests from deposits. Withdrawals can only be done from winnings. Should you wish to withdraw from your deposit balance, a 30 day waiting period will apply

  11. Account balances are your responsibility and shall be checked at every opportunity.
  12. Winning bets have to be claimed within 90 days of the final settlement date. Any bets claimed after this 90 day period will not be paid out.
  13. In the event that funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS of the aforesaid error without delay. Unless otherwise notified by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS any transactions resulting from the error shall be void.
  14. Unless agreed to in writing and signed by one or more directors of Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS – all individual and/or multiple (in one transaction that is as recorded in one ticket) betting transactions of whatsoever nature will be limited to a maximum pay-out (liability) of R10 000 000,00 (Ten Million Rand) (tax to be thereafter deducted. Excluding Free State and Western Cape, they remain R 5 Million). In accordance with this Rule you hereby agree not to transact the same betting transaction (so as to circumvent this rule) in another separate betting transaction (either on your own account or by utilizing the account of another person or by taking a cash bet) and should you do so then you acknowledge that Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS will have the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to cancel the original and any other similar betting transactions to which you are a party that is before any of the events indicated in the betting transactions have commenced and/or during or after any of the events have commenced and/or have been completed that is in such circumstances you will only be entitled to a refund of the amount staked and more particularly will not be entitled to claim any amount should the whole and/or part of the betting transaction have been successful/partly successful.

  16. If there are pay-outs exceeding the limits we have the authority to impose them.

  18. You are solely responsible for the secrecy of your betting account and should make every effort to prevent the use of the personal account number by any third party, as any transactions entered into on your behalf, with or without your knowledge, shall qualify as a bona fide transaction.
  19. In the event that you suspect that a third party may have accessed your password or username, you may at any time request that Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS furnish you with a new password and /or username.
  20. Settlement or payments in respect of online and mobile betting accounts will be made to the account holder only and not to any third party in any circumstance. The customer’s right to settlement or payment is not transferable or negotiable.
  21. No deposits may be made from a third party.
  22. Supabets reserves the right to verify the identity of all account holders at any time and particularly on withdrawal and deposits of funds. Supabets, in its sole discretion, may require a client withdrawing funds to affirm, by way of signed and notarised affidavit, that the bets recorded as taken on his/her name are, in fact, his/her bets and not bets for any third party.
  23. All bets accepted by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS are subject to the following:
    1. the correction of any errors made by its operators- in the case of any price related error a general market average will be used.
    2. you understanding the information provided and given to you by any operator of Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS;
    3. all telephone calls between you and Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS’ operators will be recorded and the recording used to settle all wagering disputes.
    4. If any dispute cannot be settled satisfactorily between Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS’ management and you, the matter shall be referred to a representative of the appropriate Gambling Board for final determination and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Disputes must be lodged within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honoured after this time period. You are solely responsible for your account transactions.
  24. Types of bets:
    1. It is possible to bet on singles and multiples. It is also possible, unless otherwise stated, to combine events regarding different sports in one bet.
    2. Multiple bets will be accepted with any in play odds.
    3. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. Where various betting opportunities are offered for the same tournament (e.g. pick the finalists, teams to or not to proceed to further stages of the tournament, a team to win group) These cannot be combined in multiple bets where the outcome is related. When a multiple bet of this type has been accepted in error, it will be settled by equally dividing the stake unit where the related outcomes clash.
    4. Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS will not permit the same individual or team on the same ticket from different selections with reference to head to head markets.
      For example Webber to beat Raikkonen and Webber to beat Alonso. This is deemed related.
  25. Unless an event is being covered by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS “Live Betting” services, bets placed after the start of the relevant event will be considered void.
  26. Bets on correct score and first goal scorer will be accepted up to the GMT kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after this time that bet will be treated as a non-runner, with the remaining selections settled accordingly. However, such bets will stand if accepted up to 5 minutes after kick-off provided no goals have been scored at the time the bet was placed.
  27. For all sports unless clearly stated, events whose start time is postponed and then rescheduled to a time more than 24 hours after the original start time will automatically be deemed void for settling purposes, and all money will be credited accordingly.
  28. If a void match is included in a multiple bet that leg is treated as a &”non-runner” and the outcome of the multiple will be decided on the result of the remaining legs.
  29. If a match is called off in running and the outcome is postponed to a later date the decision of Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS on whether bets should be voided or carried forward to the later date shall be final.
  30. Bets on sporting events will always be settled on the podium positions of the competitors. Subsequent disqualification or promotion is irrelevant for betting purposes.
  31. All bets made straight out at the line or start are not subject to extra time except where otherwise specified.
  32. Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Various promotions may differ with winning but the maximum winning amount for all promotions is R 10 million per bet and per account (Excluding Free State and Western Cape. They remain R 5 Million). If at any time it is deemed by Management, the spirit and intention of a promotion is violated, Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS will retain the right to refuse the account withdrawal of the promotion, at their discretion. All bonuses are paid into the client’s Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS account. All promotions offered by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS are valid for online and deposit accounts only.
  33. Sports winning transactions are not subject to any deduction.
  34. Supabets Reserves the right to to impose any limits on any account due to betting patterns. This will be communicated and bets over limits will be refused.
  35. Terms & Conditions/Match and/or event fixing:
    1. In the event that Supabets should suspect that a specific sporting event and/or an event within a sporting event has been manipulated (hereinafter referred to as “Match Fixing”) then it shall be entitled to delay payment of any betting transactions which relate to the Match Fixing sporting event and shall be entitled to delay payment of successful betting transactions arising from such Match Fixing event for a period not exceeding 6 (six) months or such later period during which time this event shall be investigated by Supabets.
    2. The period of 6 (six) months to which reference has been made can be extended upon good cause shown which shall embrace the relevant sporting authority and/or Gambling Authority determining the existence of Match Fixing which if such determination results in a finding of the existence of Match Fixing then the betting transaction shall be void and the stake shall be refunded.
    3. In the event that the relevant sporting event authority and/or Gambling Authority does not determine the existence of Match Fixing or within 6 (six) months Supabets has not been successful in furnishing facts and/or evidence of Match Fixing then the betting transaction concerned shall be payable by it.

      3. Any suspicious betting activity will be investigated and the bet or bets in question will remain pending for 90 Days.
      4. All games will be Draw No Bet. All bets will be refunded if the match end in a draw.
  2. FICA T&C’s:
    1. Supabets is an Accountable Institution in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). As required by FICA, Supabets reserves the right to decline applications for online accounts in the following instances:
      1. If a customer is unable to answer/confirm security questions correctly
      2. If a customer refuses to submit customer due diligence documents (FICA documents)
      3. If FICA documents submitted belonging to someone else who is not the account holder &
      4. If a customer submits fraudulent documents or documents which cannot be authenticated successfully.
    2. If FICA documents submitted during the onboarding process are later found to be fraudulent, Supabets reserves the right to disable the online account permanently.
    3. Supabets reserves the right to withhold and remove balances from accounts which are disabled as a result of fraudulent activities,( including submitting fraudulent FICA documents).
CASH OUT:
 
      1. Cash Out is available on a wide variety of markets. However, Supabets has the right to remove some games or competitions or sports from the Cash Out offer at anytime without prior notice.
      2. A time delay in accepting a Cash Out request is in place. If a price changes or a market suspends then the Cash Out of the original amount request may not be successful.
      3. If the Cash Out request is successful, this will be displayed and the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the related market will have no impact on the Cash Out amount.
      4. The Cash Out amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if successful.
      5. Where we have reason to believe that a Cash Out is carried out after the outcome of an event is known, we reserve the right to void the original bet that was Cashed Out.
      6. Any bets that are settled in full or part using Cash Out will not count towards the turnover requirement of any offer.
      7. Bets placed with Bonus Funds cannot be cashed out.
      8. Supabets cannot guarantee that the Cash Out feature will be available on your bet selection.
      9. Supabets will not be responsible if the Cash Out feature is not available for technical reasons and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period.
      10. Supabets reserves the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for any sport, competition, market or bet type that is included in the Cash Out feature.
      11. Supabets reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Cash Out feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets will stand as originally placed.
      12. Supabets reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet or a market is settled in error.
Supa Match-Ups:
 
  1. In our Supa match-ups’ markets, customers are betting on which of two selected teams will score more goals in their respective games that weekend.
  2. For example – a Supa match might be England Vs Argentina, when England are actually playing Scotland, and Argentina are actually playing Brazil. If England beat Scotland 2-0 and Brazil and Argentina draw 1-1, then the Supa match score is 2-1 to England.
  3. If both teams score the same number of goals, then the ‘draw’ option is the winner.
  4. 24 Hour Rules apply.
  5. If a match does not play the full allocated time (90 min) then all bets will be void.

Soccer 6 Terms and Conditions:
  1. Overview: The Soccer 6 bet is to select the result of six soccer matches as designated by Supabets on a daily basis. There are three possible results for each match. E.g – Match 1 – Liverpool vs Arsenal Liverpool to win, draw match, or Arsenal to win.
  2. Unit of Betting: Bets will be accepted at R1 a unit.
  3. How To Play: With Soccer 6, you can play a single or multiple entry i.e. more than one choice. With a single entry, you select one option or choice for each match. With a multiple entry, you can choose more than one option in one or more matches. When calculating the number of combinations, multiply out the total number of options or choices for each match Example: You choose all three options in M1 (Match 1), two options in M2 and one in each of M3, M4, M5 and M6. That’s 3x2x1x1x1x1= 6 = R6.00 You choose two options in each of the 6 matches. That’s 2x2x2x2x2x2 = 64 x 1 = R64

Payout/Dividend: Supabets Soccer 6 dividends and payouts are based on the official dividend declared by Saftote (Soccer6.co.za) and do not consider dividends declared by any other division or Totalisator. Because Supabets bet is a R1.00 unit bet and not a R6.00 unit (as the Saftote), therefore the dividend is divided by 6 upon payout. Where necessary, Supabets reserves the right to limit a dividend / return on a payout to the extent that the total payout does not exceed the “Nett Tote Pool” or in other words the Gross Tote Pool less the Totalisator deductions.
  5. Cancelled/Abandoned/Postponed/Rescheduled Matches: If a match or matches, as advertised, is not completed by 9am on the day after the last day on which matches in the pool were scheduled, it shall be deemed abandoned and all choices shall qualify. If all the matches, as designated per soccer 6 bundle, are abandoned, then all bets shall be refunded.
  6. Results: The result of all matches shall be the score at the end of the normal 90-minute playing period plus any referee’s optional time/injury time that may be played. It shall not include extra time nor penalty shootouts.
