How do I FICA?

You will be required to provide a copy of your ID and a proof of residence document that is recent and NOT older than 3 months.
You use the following platforms to submit your documents:

Here is a list of documents we accept for FICA validation:

We accept certified copies or colour copies/photos. Both pages of ID book must be visible on copy/photo.

DRIVER’S
LICENSE

We accept certified copies or colour copies/photos. We require both sides of the license/ID card.

Password
PASSPORT & PERMIT(VISA)

We accept certified copies or colour copies/photos. We accept Asylum Seeker permits. A passport must always be accompanied by a valid permit (visa).

Proof of residence

Proof of residence documents need to match the following criteria:

Your documents must have

Your name in full

The name on submitted documents must match your ID/ birth certificate.

Your address in full

The address on submitted documents must include unit or street number, name of complex and street, suburb, and city.

A date stamp

Documents must be no older than three months from date of issue or date stamped on the copy.
