The LIV Golf South Africa tournament, held from 19–22 March 2026 at Steyn City in Johannesburg, marked a historic and phenomenally successful debut for the league on African soil.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the legal agreement between the SUPABETS GROUP and you, the player.
1.2 These Terms apply to all products, services, online betting facilities, tele-betting services, retail betting, and any related offerings provided by the SUPABETS GROUP.
2.1 While the SUPABETS GROUP makes every effort to ensure that all information hosted on its website is accurate and current, it shall not be held responsible for:
2.1.1 Liability for any damages;
2.1.2 Gambling addictions;
2.1.3 Side effects;
2.1.4 Adverse effects;
2.1.5 Medical complications;
2.1.6 Injury;
2.1.7 Death arising from the use of any information available on its website.
3.1 You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.2 Only persons 18 years or older may operate a SUPABETS Online Sports Betting Account.
3.3 Proof of identity, age, and residency is required prior to opening any account in compliance with FICA.
4.1 The SUPABETS GROUP has lodged financial guarantees with relevant Gambling Boards to ensure payment of betting obligations.
5.1 Full names, residential address, and contact details must be obtained to comply with statutory FICA obligations.
6.1 Betting involves risk of losing money.
6.2 You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.
6.3 Use of betting facilities is at your own discretion and risk.
7.1 Customers must ensure telephonically placed bets are correct.
7.2 Disputes regarding incorrect or uncaptured bets shall have a maximum payout of R50 000.
8.1 The SUPABETS GROUP shall not be liable for injury, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, property damage, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind.
9.1 The SUPABETS GROUP is not liable for inaccuracies in information, third-party actions, IT failures, human error, defamatory conduct, account misuse, or technical failures including system breakdowns or cyber-attacks.
9.2 In the event of IT or human error, a general market average shall apply and be binding.
10.1 SUPABETS may close accounts due to multiple accounts, malicious use, or suspicious activity.
10.2 SUPABETS may refuse or cancel any pending bet deemed malicious.
11.1 Changes to account information require email to support@supabets.co.za with certified ID.
12.1 All trademarks, logos, software, and content remain the property of the SUPABETS GROUP.
13.1 Additional sport-specific terms apply where relevant.
14.1 By registering, you agree to receive marketing communications.
15.1 All SUPABETS Accounts are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be inherited by any third party, including partners, spouses, heirs, or executors.
15.2 Upon notification or discovery of the death of an Account Holder, the account shall be immediately suspended and may not be accessed or operated by any third party.
15.3 Account balances following the death of the Account Holder shall remain the property of SUPABETS and are subject to forfeiture after 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of death.
15.4 No partner, heir, executor, or beneficiary shall be entitled to operate the account, access the account, or claim any balance.
15.5 SUPABETS may, at its sole discretion, permanently close the account and retain all remaining funds as a contractual consequence of account non-transferability.
15.6 This clause operates in compliance with applicable South African legislation, including the Companies Act 2008, Consumer Protection Act 2008, and the Prescription Act 1969.
15.7 Nothing in this clause requires SUPABETS to act contrary to mandatory law; all account balances are strictly governed by these Terms and Conditions and cannot be claimed by any third party.
16.1 Valid for new sign-ups only.
16.2 R50 bonus must be rolled over 5 times at minimum odds of 11/10.
16.3 No split bets or certain Supanumbers bets qualify.
16.4 SUPABETS may amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
17.1 All bets capped at R10 000.

19.1 SUPABETS may suspend or permanently disable any account where fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, identity misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, or material breach is reasonably suspected or confirmed.
19.2 SUPABETS may void bets, reverse winnings, suspend withdrawals, and retain funds linked to such conduct pending investigation.
19.3 The account holder will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to make representations.
19.4 Where an account remains permanently disabled and no lawful dispute or recovery action is instituted within 24 months, and reasonable contact attempts have failed, any remaining balance may be classified as an unclaimed balance arising from material breach.
19.5 SUPABETS may thereafter reclassify the balance as a lapsed contractual entitlement and close the account permanently.
19.6 Nothing in this clause limits SUPABETS’ right to pursue civil recovery or report criminal conduct.
20.1 If a player submits a request for self-exclusion, SUPABETS reserves the right to take up to two (2) days from the time such request is received to process, verify, and fully implement the self-exclusion and account closure.
20.2 During this processing period, the player must immediately cease all use of the account. Any continued access, gameplay, wagering activity, or transactions conducted after the submission of a self-exclusion request shall be deemed to have occurred in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
20.3 SUPABETS shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the player during the processing period of the self-exclusion request.
20.4 Any winnings, bonuses, or benefits obtained from gameplay, wagers, or transactions placed after the submission of a self-exclusion request shall be null and void and shall not be payable under any circumstances.
20.5 Any deposits made after the submission of the self-exclusion request may, at the sole discretion of SUPABETS, be refunded to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Such refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to process following the confirmation of the account closure.
20.6 SUPABETS reserves the right to take any administrative, technical, or legal measures necessary to enforce this clause and to ensure compliance with its responsible gambling policies.
20.7 By requesting self-exclusion, the player acknowledges and agrees that this clause constitutes the full and binding procedure governing account closure following such request.
