About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to help implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance brand awareness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, analyzing, and engaging with content posted on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Promotions Management: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Budget Management: Careful planning, allocation, and monitoring of financial resources to ensure that marketing activities are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and report findings to the marketing team.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools
  • Sponsorships: Support the organization of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, management, external vendors, and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Self-management: Ability to effectively manage your own tasks, time, and responsibilities to achieve personal and organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Legal Issues: Involves navigating various regulations and guidelines to avoid legal issues and ensure that all social media activities align with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all marketing materials, strategies, and campaigns meet the desired standards of quality before they reach the public.
  • Administration: Supporting the marketing department in various administrative, organisational, and operational tasks.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, or promotional activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and META.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media tools such as Agorapulse, Hootsuite, and Social Pilot.
  • Experience with paid media management such as META Ads, Google Ads, and Petal Ads.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello,  and Slack.
  • Basic copywriting
