Will Arsenal make history and clinch the coveted European double?
Arsenal are just 3 games away from making history and possibly being crowned Premier League Champions, ending a 22-year drought.
Mikel Arteta’s men also have the UEFA Champions League firmly in sight, sealing their place in the final for the first time in 20 years.
This could be the year the Gunners clinch the coveted European double for the first time in the club’s history.
At 5 points clear at the top, Arsenal could secure the Premier League title on 85 points if they win their last three games, even with Manchester City’s game in hand.
City handed Arsenal the upper hand after slipping with a 3-3 draw to Everton on Monday.
Chasing the double
Arsenal’s final three fixtures in the Premier League include an away game against West Ham on 10 May, playing host to Burnley on 18 May, and, finally, they will face Crystal Palace on 24 May.
However, Arteta and his men may not need to wait until 24 May to celebrate, and their 22-year wait could come to an end if City loses at home to Brentford on 09 May and Arsenal beats West Ham.
Double dreams may not come true if Arteta’s men don’t find a way to silence the reigning Champions, and PSG will not give up their crown easily.
The French club are also set to close this season as Ligue 1 winners, and are 6 points clear, with a significant goal difference, after a phenomenal season.
According to The Times, a huge £1,175,000 bonus awaits the Arsenal squad if they manage to silence Paris Saint-Germain in the final on 30 May 2026, at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest.
With a lot riding on the final stretch of the European 2025/26 football season, all eyes will be on both the Gunners and PSG to see how this all plays out.
Get in on the action and call the shots with bets on both teams as they chase double dreams.
