Milford FC have secured a historic place in the Betway Premiership for the 2026/27 season after successfully navigating the PSL Promotion/Relegation Playoffs.

The KwaZulu-Natal club sealed promotion with a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Magesi FC in their final playoff match, finishing top of the mini-league and earning a first-ever place in South Africa’s top flight.

Milford impressed throughout the playoffs, recording vital wins over Cape Town City and Magesi to take charge of the promotion race.

Their remarkable rise capped a memorable season that also featured a strong Nedbank Cup run, giving supporters plenty to celebrate.
