DOKU COMMITS FUTURE TO MANCHESTER CITY

Manchester City have secured the long-term future of one of their most exciting attacking stars, with Belgian winger Jeremy Doku signing a new five-year contract that will keep him at the Etihad until the summer of 2031.

Doku, 24, joined City from French side Rennes in 2023 and has become a key squad member, using his blistering pace, close control, and fearless dribbling to trouble defenders. Since arriving, he has helped the club win major silverware while establishing himself as one of the Premier League’s most dangerous wide players.

The new deal is a strong statement from City as they start a new era under manager Enzo Maresca. Doku has said he is excited to continue developing at the club and work under the new boss.

City have moved quickly to tie down several important players, with Doku joining the likes of Phil Foden, Josko Gvardiol and Abdukodir Khusanov in committing their futures to the club.

For City supporters, the message is clear: Doku is here to stay — and his best years could still be ahead of him. The Belgian international should be involved in this weekend’s Community Shield clash against the Gunners.
