Losing Leg Cashback Terms

The Cashback feature allows users who have lost a bet due to a single outcome to receive a refund to their real balance.

Refund Calculation

The refund is calculated based on the total odds of the coupon. The total odds of the coupon must be greater than 25 and can reach 950 or more. The refund amount increases proportionally with the total odds of the coupon, specifically:

  1. When the Total Odds is 25+, the refund amount will be equal to 1x of the stake amount.
  2. When the Total Odds is 45+, the refund amount will be equal to 2x of the stake amount.
  3. When the Total Odds is 60+, the refund amount will be equal to 3x of the stake amount.
  4. When the Total Odds is 90+, the refund amount will be equal to 5x of the stake amount.
  5. When the Total Odds is 450+, the refund amount will be equal to 10x of the stake amount.
  6. When the Total Odds is 750+, the refund amount will be equal to 50x of the stake amount.


When the Total Odds is 950+, the refund amount will be equal to 100x of the stake amount.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for cashback, a coupon must satisfy specific requirements:

  1. The coupon must include at least 2 selections on 2 different matches.
  2. The coupon must have only 1 losing selection.
  3. The coupon must be placed using real money.
  4. Only Multiples Coupons are valid.
  5. Live, Pre-Match, Mixed Coupons are valid.

 

Settlement and Cashback Process

  1. If at least one losing outcome is recorded for the selections in a bet coupon, the coupon will initially be settled as a loss, even if other results are still pending.
  2. Once all remaining results are entered, if only one selection is losing and the total odds (calculated by multiplying the winning selections) are equal to or greater than 25, the bet coupon status will be updated from “losing” to “winning” within approximately 10 minutes. A cashback transaction will also be generated for the user.
  3. If any selections are voided on the bet coupon, the total odds will be recalculated without the odds of the voided team(s).
  4. Cashback refund has a maximum limit of R10 000, the maximum amount refundable to a customer for a bet is R10 000. If a customer has repeated the same bet, only one bet will receive a Cashback.

 

Supabets’ Rights

  1. Supabets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or remove the Losing Leg Cashback feature at any time.
  2. Supabets reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Losing Leg Cashback if a bet or market is settled in error.
  3. Supabets is not responsible for the unavailability of the Losing Leg Cashback feature due to technical issues; in such cases, bets will stand as originally placed
