Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury could finally settle their long-running rivalry before the end of 2026, with the blockbuster heavyweight showdown now closer than ever to becoming reality.

Contracts for the all-British clash have reportedly been signed, with November targeted for the fight. However, the exact date and venue remain unresolved, with negotiations currently centred on whether the bout will take place in Britain or at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, wants the fight staged in the UK, while Fury’s camp and other organisers have discussed New York. The venue dispute has delayed the official announcement, but Hearn remains confident the details will be finalised soon.
