The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has appointed Stephen Fleming as the new head coach of the England men’s cricket team, ushering in a new era under one of the game’s most respected tactical minds.

Fleming, a former New Zealand captain, brings an impressive coaching record, with notable success in franchise cricket, especially with the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League.

The ECB cited his calm leadership, tactical insight, and ability to develop players as key reasons for the appointment.
