Springboks and All Blacks Set for ‘Greatest Rivalry’ Tour
The rugby world will once again turn its attention to South Africa as the Springboks prepare to host New Zealand in the much-anticipated “Greatest Rivalry Tour,” a series expected to reignite one of sport’s most iconic contests.
For more than a century, the Springboks and All Blacks have shared a fierce rivalry, producing unforgettable clashes that have shaped international rugby. With both teams consistently ranked among the world’s best, the upcoming tour promises intense, physical contests marked by skill and tactical brilliance.

This marks the return of the traditional full-scale South Africa–New Zealand tour format, with the All Blacks facing South Africa’s four major franchise teams before contesting a four-Test Freedom Cup series against the Springboks.
The final Test in Baltimore will be the first Springboks–All Blacks Test ever played in the United States.
