ANOTHER WIN FOR KIMI

Kimi Antonelli strengthened his grip on the 2026 Formula One World Championship with a commanding victory at the Belgian Grand Prix, mastering the iconic Spa-Francorchamps circuit in a race filled with drama and changing fortunes.

The Mercedes driver claimed his sixth win of the season after converting pole position into another flawless performance.

Antonelli’s biggest title rival and Mercedes teammate, George Russell, suffered a disastrous afternoon when an opening-lap collision ended his race almost immediately. The incident proved costly in the championship battle, allowing Antonelli to extend his lead at the top of the standings. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc drove a composed race to finish second, while Max Verstappen completed the podium for Red Bull after another strong recovery drive.

Lewis Hamilton crossed the line in fourth for Ferrari despite receiving a five-second penalty following his involvement in the first-lap clash with Russell. Oscar Piastri secured fifth for McLaren, with Isack Hadjar delivering one of the drives of the day by climbing from the back of the grid to sixth.

With just ten rounds completed, Antonelli has firmly established himself as the driver to beat in 2026. His consistent pace and Mercedes’ reliability continue to set the benchmark, while Spa’s victory gives the young Italian valuable momentum heading into the Hungarian Grand Prix and the second half of the championship.

Next up is Hungary and you can get those early bets in right now.
