Settlement and Cashback Process

  1. It’s important to note that once at least one losing outcome is recorded for the selections in the bet coupon, if the results for the remaining selections are still pending, the coupon will initially be settled as a loss. Once all remaining results are entered, if there is only one losing selection and the total odds calculated by multiplying the winning selections are equal to or greater than 25, the system will, within about 10 minutes, change the status of the bet coupon from losing to winning and generate a cashback transaction for the user.
  2. Where selections have been voided on a bet coupon, the total odds will be re-calculated without the odds of the voided team or teams.
  3. Supabets reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Losing Leg Cashback feature at any time.
  4. Supabets reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Losing Leg Cashback if the bet or a market is settled in error.
  5. Supabets will not be responsible if the Losing Leg Cashback feature is not available for technical reasons and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period.
  6. Cashback refund has a maximum limit of R10 000, the maximum amount refundable to a customer for a bet is R10 000.
  7. If a customer has repeated the same bet, only one bet will receive a Cashback.
