HOW TO UPLOAD FICA DOCUMENTS
You can complete the validation process by following these steps:
- Log into your Supabets account.
- Click on the Profile icon.
- Select withdrawal.
- Enter the contact number you used when registering your account.
- Allow the browser to access your camera and take a selfie
- Upload the required documents. (Please ensure your proof of residence document has all the names listed on your ID book)

- Utility bill (electricity, water, or municipal account)
- Rates and taxes statement
- Bank statement
- Credit card statement
- Telephone or cellphone bill
- Internet service provider (ISP) statement
- Rental statement
- Mortgage statement
- Official letter from a municipality
- Insurance policy or statement showing the residential address
Before uploading, make sure the document is
- Clear and readable
- Up to date (Proof of residence document must not be older than 3 months)
- Recommended Formats: PDF, JPEG and PNG
Important Notes
- PO Box addresses are not accepted
- Screenshots or photos that are unclear will be rejected
- Documents must be clear, complete, and legible
